This Destination Imagination team, “The Bloomers,” from Twinfield Union School, came in first place in the Technical Challenge, “Win it Big,” at the Vermont Destination Imagination State Tournament in Barre on March 21. They competed against seven other middle level teams. More than 100 middle and elementary students presented creative team challenge solutions in the categories Fine Arts, Engineering, Early Learning, and Instant Challenge. The Bloomers are now fundraising for their trip to the Destination Imagination Global Finals in Kansas City, Missouri, where they will represent Vermont.
