Hearts Abound in Montpelier

There’s a lot of love in Montpelier. Residents of Vermont’s Capital City once again woke up on Valentine’s day to see downtown (and beyond) papered with the Valentine Phantom’s signature off-center red hearts, along with messages from local students and a few banners at the Statehouse and Kellogg Hubbard Library.
