Indonesian music employs melodic and rhythmic structures unfamiliar to the Western ear. If you’ve never heard a gamelan ensemble perform, this is a rare opportunity, as gamelan culture is unlike any other musical tradition, and this set of instruments truly sings in the Bethany sanctuary.
